• 70g Butter
  • 200g Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • Dash of Salt
  • Sugar + Chocolate Sauce
  • Oil
  • 1/4l Water

Let’s go

  1. Mix Butter with Water and Salt in a pot -> bring it to a boil
  2. Add all Flour all at once
  3. Keep tossing with middle heat until the dough loosens from the pot
  4. Put the dough in a mixing bowl and add gradually the Eggs
  5. Heat up the oil in a pan and put the dough in a pastry bag
  6. Put circa 15cm long dough strands into the boiling oil
  7. Bake until it’s golden
  8. Eat them with some Sugar and Chocolate Sauce
